spares support programme. Every contract and its specific technical specification is recorded and can be accessed instantly – so if you need a
replacement valve or spares support we can identify the job at a click and get a replacement to you in a suitable timeframe.

Our vast experience of working on customised valve projects means that any of our CAD drawings can be tailored to meet your precise needs.
Systems and procedures
We have always placed great emphasis on systems and procedures, which we believe play a key part of our success.
We have invested in the latest manufacturing and enterprise resource planning tools from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, a programme that allows us to move smoothly through each step of a project, right from purchasing and planning all the way to shipment notes and analysis of our own performance.
Quality control and certification
Supplying first-class valves and services is our number one priority. Given the opportunity, we provide our clients with certification and documentation as evidence that our valves are suitable for the task they are to perform. In addition, our Customised Valve Solutions team complete final, and thorough quality, visual and dimensional checks before dispatch.
